Grandmaster is the elite tier of Character Mastery in Zooba. Once you push a character past 1,800 trophies, you enter Grandmaster territory — and the higher you climb, the more you earn and the tougher the challenge gets.
Grandmaster Tiers
There are five Grandmaster tiers, each with two trophy thresholds — one for outside a season and one for within an active season:
| Tier | Trophies (outside season) | Trophies (within season) | Coin boost per match |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grandmaster I | 1,400 | 1,900 | +50% |
| Grandmaster II | 1,600 | 2,000 | +100% |
| Grandmaster III | 1,800 | 2,100 | +150% |
| Grandmaster IV | 2,000 | 2,200 | +200% |
| Grandmaster V | 2,200 | 2,300 | +250% |
Tiers are per character — your Grandmaster status with one Zoober has no effect on another. Push each character individually to climb their own tier.
What Do You Get?
Reaching each tier automatically unlocks a set of exclusive cosmetics for that character:
- Mastery Badge
- Pre-match Pin
- Portrait
- Pedestal (Character Base)
All cosmetics update automatically to reflect your current tier — so if you drop a tier after a Season Reset, your cosmetics will adjust accordingly.
You also earn a coin boost on every match while at Grandmaster, scaling with your tier (see table above).
Where Is My Tier Visible?
Your Grandmaster tier is displayed in your player profile, on the placement screen after a match, and even during matches — so your dedication is always on show!
What Happens After a Season Reset?
At the end of each season, trophies above 1,800 are reset to zero — which means your Grandmaster tier resets too. Your tier at the start of the new season will reflect your trophy count after the reset. Use each season to push further and climb back up!
