At the end of every season, Zooba resets the trophies of top-ranked characters back to a baseline. Here's exactly what happens, who is affected, and what you need to do before the reset hits.
What Gets Reset?
The reset only affects characters that have pushed past 1,800 trophies. Any trophies above that mark are considered Seasonal Trophies — and when the season ends, those are wiped back to zero, returning the character to exactly 1,800 trophies.
Characters below 1,800 trophies are not affected at all.
Example: A character at 2,500 trophies drops to 1,800 at the reset. A character at 1,500 trophies stays exactly where they are.
Why Does the Reset Happen?
Resetting top-tier characters back to 1,800 keeps trophy distribution healthy and matchmaking fair. It prevents players from getting stuck in unbeatable brackets and gives everyone a fresh start at the beginning of each new season.
How Long Is a Season?
A full season lasts 28 days. Note that this is different from the Battle Pass, which resets on its own separate schedule.
⚠️ Claim Your Rewards Before the Reset!
This is the most important thing to remember: any rewards you've unlocked on the Seasonal Road but haven't claimed yet will be permanently lost when the season resets. The road starts fresh with each new season — uncollected prizes do not carry over.
Keep a close eye on the 28-day in-game timer and collect everything before time runs out!
