Progressing in Zooba comes down to one thing: earning trophies. The better you place in battle, the more trophies you gain — and the faster you climb through the Leagues.
How Do I Earn (and Lose) Trophies?
Every match you play affects your trophy count based on your final placement. Finishing near the top earns you trophies; finishing near the bottom may cost you some. The higher your current trophy count, the more you risk losing per match — and the more you can gain. The system adjusts based on where you currently stand.
How Do I Track My Progress?
Tap the League bar at the top left of the main screen to see your current League, your trophy count, and how far you are from the next League. You can also claim your League Rewards from this screen.
To see how you compare to other players, head to the Ranking screen — filter by Global, Local, Friends, or Clans to find your place in the Zoo's pecking order!
Tips for Climbing Faster
- Survival matters more than kills. Staying alive longer directly improves your placement — and placement drives trophy gains.
- Play the characters you know best. Mastery rewards and character-specific items compound over time, making your best Zoobers even stronger.
- Upgrade your items. Better-equipped characters perform better in battle — open Toolboxes regularly to keep your items levelled up.
- Be consistent. A steady stream of mid-to-high placements beats occasional wins followed by big losses.
