Clan Packages are a way for clan members to share rewards with each other. When someone in your clan buys Gems from the Store, everyone benefits — here's how it all works.
How Do Clan Packages Work?
Every time you buy Gems at the Store, two things happen automatically:
- You receive Clan Coins — the currency used to claim your clanmates' packages.
- A Clan Package is created and made available to your clanmates to claim.
When a clanmate claims your package using their Clan Coins, they receive Gems — and so do you! It's a mutual benefit: the more active your clan is, the more everyone gains.
Each package has a limited number of slots and a 24-hour window to be claimed. Once all slots are filled or the time expires, the package closes automatically.
How to Purchase a Clan Package
- Go to the Clan page and open the Packages to Buy section.
- Choose a package and complete the purchase — Clan Coins and Gems are delivered instantly.
- Your Clan Package becomes available to your clanmates for the next 24 hours.
How to Claim a Clanmate's Package
- Go to your Clan page and check for available packages.
- Tap the package you want to claim and confirm — Clan Coins will be deducted from your balance.
- Your Gems are delivered immediately.
Tip: Packages expire after 24 hours — let your clanmates know when you make a purchase so they don't miss out!
What Happens to My Clan Coins If I Change Clans?
Your Clan Coins are stored on your personal account — they stay with you if you leave or change clans and are never lost. However, if you leave a clan, any packages you created will be deactivated and your former clanmates won't be able to claim them. Once you join a new clan, your Clan Coins can be used normally on new packages.
