On the main screen of the game, tap on the gear on the top right corner. With the Settings screen open, tap on "Restore Subscription".
Your game will reset and the subscription should be back to normal.
If you still believe there's something wrong with your subscription, don't panic. Once again, we're here to help!
Before sending us a message and in order to assist you with that, our Zookeepers will need a little bit more information:
- A screenshot of the full receipt of the purchase. And if possible, a video showing that your are not getting the perks.

To send the receipt to us, take a screenshot and attach it to this conversation by tapping on the paper clip or camera icon on the corner of the chat.
